Cardio & Agility

For the mom that wants to get her heart rate pumping and improve cardiovascular function. This one hour class uses nothing but body weight to increase heart rate and burn calories. Agility and speed drills are also incorporated to keep your body working hard.

Weights & Bands

A 60 min class all about building strength. Utilizes weights or bands (mom’s choice) to build up those muscles we use everyday. Get ready to feel the burn with this class.

Tabata & HIIT

Who says you need a long time to make a big impact? Tabata classes are a little shorter (45 min) and pack a nonstop workout from start to finish. Tabata work is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for the ultimate H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) workout.
