Can I really bring my kids with me?

Absolutely! This workout is for moms, by a mom. Need to stop and breastfeed? Go for it. Little ones acting up? It happens! I just ask that kiddos under 4 stay in a stroller or wagon.

What do I need to bring to class?

To tabata, Pilates and cardio classes, just yourself, and some water. To weight based classes, a band or set of weights! If you choose a monthly recurring membership you'll even get a band in your welcome bag!

What about inclement weather?

As much as I love being outside, inclement weather does happen. A little light rain? We can get under a pavilion. Very hot/cold or more severe weather? I'll announce a change of venue to our inclement weather location the morning of class!

What if I'm new to working out?

Not a problem! All fitness levels are welcome and modifications can be made when needed.

I’m pregnant, can I join M.O.M.S?

Of course! Moving when pregnant has loads of benefits, just clear it with your provider first! You can even pause your membership for no charge once baby comes.
